If your report shows incorrect information
follow the steps below.
Did you spot an error on your credit report?
If you believe that there is an error on your credit report, you can direct your complaint with the bank that is named beside the information that contains the error.
If you feel unsatisfied with response from the bank regarding the information, you can write to us directly by filling out the Complaints Form.
If your report is inaccurate or you wish to complain about the information on your credit report, you can do so by completing the steps below. The process may take up to 10 days to allow us to investigate the complaint with the relevant parties. You need to supply us with a brief honest account of why the information is inaccurate so that there is a less delay in our investigation.
Step by Step procedure for Complaints
Step 1 – Request your free Credit Report using our Online Credit Report Process – this will enable you to get your own copy of your current report.
Step 2 – Print the Document and indicate on the report what information you feel is incorrect
Step 3 – email us at support@cdb.com.sb and attach the document with the highlighted information and also specify the order number for your Personal Credit Report that you received in Step 1 – this will be in Order Summary section of the email titled “Your Personal Credit Report is Ready!!”. This allows us to see your ID and Address details and ensure it matches the email address used to raise the complaint.
Step 4 – we will respond to you (usually within 10 business days) and continue the resolution process from there.
